Earthshine - Chapter Twenty: He's Left A Hole
I walked up to Billy and Jacob’s house, not knowing what to expect. How was Jacob? How was Billy?
I knocked on the door, and Billy answered it. He looked shocked when he saw me.
“Elora,” he said, his eyebrows arching. “How… are you?” he asked.
I looked down at the ground. “Do you mind not talking about it?” I whispered, and he nodded, his features softening. I still hurt inside, and I didn’t want to go into detail about the event unless I had to. “I came to see how Jacob is doing,” I whispered, and Billy nodded again.

Earthshine - Chapter Nineteen: Will Find Someone
It happened so quickly, I barely had time to look at Seth before the guards launched themselves at us. I knew that Bella would be their main target. Edward threw himself in front of her as she desperately tried to keep her shield up. I could feel it slowly slipping. I looked away from them, and saw two guards running at Seth and me. We both growled in sync. Seth leaped into the air, changing into a wolf. He hit the ground on all fours and roared at the guards. I would take one, and he would take the other.

I took out the slip with Tom’s number from my pocket. I kn

“So, how was your first four lessons here?” Alice asked at lunch. We had a table all to ourselves, and we all had a plate of food in front of us. Everyone had mastered acting like humans so well. They wouldn’t keep still; always swaying, or crossing their legs. They also played with their food, and sometimes even ate a few bites.
“They were good. I had English, double Maths and Religious Studies,” I whispered as I attempted to individually pick the seeds out of a kiwi at a human pace.
“Religious Studies? Bummer, man,” Emmett laughed. “Who’d you have?”
“Miss Jenkins,” I wh

Earthshine - Chapter Sixteen: High School
I ran through the forest, keeping my hand on my mobile phone. If anything went wrong, I was to call them. We had to be careful and not do anything reckless.
I ran through the clearing, to the cliff edge. I suspected that Seth would be here when the weather was grey and blowing, just like today. It was the werewolves’ idea of fun. Cliff diving.
I saw Seth, jumping up and down to keep warm. He was with Jacob, Quil and Embry. I just saw Jared as he jumped off the edge, and I heard him howl with laugher, and then a splash as he entered the water. Boys shall forever be boys, I thought to myself.
The wind change direction, and my smell wafted
